A coronavirus is just a type of virus. Even the latest Q posts point to a 2007 paper. So the idea is not new.
What's the name of the show? I started watching The Rain, about a virus carried in the rain but it was frustratingly bad.
Point being shows about global pandemics are not new. If it's pushing the caronavirus angle though, it could be to build fear around the name.
